Hmm really not sure, you should just select the option towards the bottom where it says Elite Clan Title, once you say yes to then it should switch it up, no need to go into your unlock titles, that will just give it to you without the Clan Motto.

I did read on twitter that a fix was out last night to address Clan emblems not showing for some people so it may have something to do with that, IW said to log into the Elite website before checking in game again. Let us know if that works.
