Yeah, I like that one. But with glow in the dark

I am not very good with paint or photoshop, but I have added some glow in the dark. Could someone make a better version please?

There you go - my original Glow-In-The Dark, added to the redbanded SB. The red band reminds me of the original Ghostbusters sell-threough VHS tape from the late 80s.

I prefer it without the glow to be honest.

Just a simple black front, the logo and the title would suit me (even if the red border as someone said does remind me of the UK VHS title).

I know what you mean, I kinda just liked my original mock up with just the plain black. Others wanted the glow in the dark added etc but I like just the original art as it appeared during the movie's theatrical release. And redband just makes it look a little too needlessly busy.

The original one with the embossed ghost logo without glow in the dark and without the red band was the one sent to play which they liked and passed onto their creative team.

That was my original one. I like it cos it was simple. For the back I imagined it either jet black or with this image:

Inside could be either complete green slime or a picture of the car with the logo on it

There's a listing for a Ghostbusters steelbook on HMV now though it's in the DVD section.

The catalogue number for it on HMV (SBR10488N) looks like it should be for a blu-ray steelbook.

Since the listing on Play doesn't say it's an exclusive it looks like it will be available everywhere, good news for non-UK buyers.

Bad news for the designers here lol. It'll be the sony blue cover for sure.

I already own the movie but if the steel looks nice and it's a decent price I'll double dip. Wish we could get a release date for GBII though

Looks damn good

Its still going to play. Play might get an exclusive steelbook and hmv a normal steelbook or whatever, its worth trying lol.

All 3 of the Sony wave should be retail wide releases. So either the production runs are gonna be huge, or they will keep to the widely belived 4/5k and these will sell out fast since they will be easily available to anyone around the world as well as High street stores.

I know it's been done before in some asian community, would love to own a steel with this design!

Yeah blu fans or something did it. It would be nice. I've accidentally hit send to sony, play and hmv with these images

Basically told Sony do not attempt to do the blue cover thats doing the rounds now. See if they get back.

Sainsburys got this up, they also had the Jaws artwork up before everyone else too. I'm hoping that this is nothing like the final artwork
