I am not sure if they do or not. I would think they would not charge you until they ship but can't guarantee anything. If they shipped to the US I might try to order one.

This has opened a can of worms with me.

Pretty much says that a steelbook released in one country will be released in multiple countries. If thats the case, there will be many 1000's of each steelbook released globally putting a dampener on things.

Well, I hope it is a viva. It makes it unique. Look at John Carter FS - that is doing pretty well after release.

If it has been confirmed as a VIVA, why is DVD Warehouse listing it as a steelbook as well then?

I think we should wait until official images surface before labelling them anything.

I hope they have a better design than the play.com one. I am not impressed with that. I am more than fine if it is a viva.

It has been confirmed as a Viva. Aus Retailers are notoriously bad about not knowing the difference between the different types of packaging

It's not a steelbook. Wreck at HDN contacted Scanavo who say that they haven't produced these titles in the steelbook format.
