No problem and enjoy the movie. My family and I just got back from it. I have to say it was probably the best of all the Ice Age movies. A lot better than I was expecting.

After U&S, BB and TDK Steelbooks will be $5 each with $5 movie money, gonna have to do a return and rebuy if I'm still in the window. I always need more patience when it comes to buying blus, because a better deal is always around the corner.
I'm going to try when it comes out. Otherwise, I'll just buy my friends all tix with them.

Could do that but it feels cheap, asking them to buy a coupon that you can't use.

Glad to hear ice age can be used towards 2d because I'm going to buy some tomorrow to go next weekend, but don't want to see 3d.

Is there a trick to getting the ice age movie cash sticker off or do you have to open the package to see the back? Got some movies for gifts for the future but the cash wont be good when they are given so I'd like to be able to use it if possible, but don't want to give opened movies as gifts. Thanks

For the Ice Age stickers I haven't been able to get one off without opening the movie. Same with the Prometheus tickets. It annoys me too when I have to open a movie to get the ticket, for the same reason you described. I guess at least you know nobody stole the ticket.

I think the studios are consciously using a different adhesive sticker so people can't take the sticker without opening the movie. I'm sure there are lots of instances of people taking stickers off copies in the store, or buying it, taking the movie cash, and then returning the sealed movie.
So I can't say I blame them.

I think some stickers have the code as part of the residue layer

this is true. I recall seeing some copies where someone had tried pulling off a sticker and I could see the code on the plastic.

The GI Joe Renegades S1P1 DVD was like this, the sticker is under the shrink wrap affixed directly to the plastic overlay of the case. I couldn't get mine off and had to read the code once I removed the insert.

Question as it is only a few days away, has anyone had any problem using The Dark Knight Rises coupon on an advanced ticket?

Reason I ask is because all the other "FREE TICKET" offers I've used before the dates started before the movie released and this one shows 7/20/12 as first day coupon can be accepted
. I'm going to midnight show and I know there is no way in hell I could walk up at midnight and expect a ticket, let alone a seat.

Regardless I'll find out tomorrow when I go to get my ticket.

We used 2 of the vouchers a few days ago to get our midnight tickets at our theater.

I saw a display today in wal-mart that stickers with codes for $7.50 off Madea's Witness Protection tickets. I know it's already been out a couple of weeks in theaters but I just saw the codes today for the first time.

is the matrix reloaded/revolutions combo included in the dark knight rises movie cash? or just the old release of the reloaded?

ive never done movie cash before. those of you who got TDKR codes, did you have to pre select a theater and time when printing it?

You do select a theater, but I've never had that come up if I use it at a different theater. It's not printed on the movie cash. Maybe its for demographics?
