IDE like to make a few requests for a future update.

1) vita support
2) psn support
3) xbl support

With downloaded game support for all of them.

In the My Collection screen, your collection should be separated by type category owned, etc, etc. I made a custom category "want to rent" which bundles up in the "blu-ray" tab on the app, which i have to scroll all the way down to get to my custom category. Would be nice to click my custom category aswell look at my personal collection in separate tabs.

The update was good. I still think a summary statistics page would be good, maybe a way to link your collection to Facebook would be nice and a way to filter countries in the search engine.

Downloaded the app for my iPod Touch 4th Gen 8GB, and synched up with my profile. Seem to be having issues with the scan option, followed the instructions but still can't seem to get the UPC barcodes I put the camera on to register. Tried both a PS3 game and 2 new Blu-ray's not in my collection, but no go. Lighting is good, 3-4 inches away from barcode, and holding as still as humanly possible but the image won't scan. Am I missing something, or is the scanner just quirky?

Loving the app! Just downloaded it and I also like that you can catalog your games--a good bonus.

One request: Could you add the ability to catalog your digital movies, too? Since I own DVDs, Blu-rays and digital copies, sometimes I can't remember which I have of which.

I downloaded your app yesterday for my iPad and dig it. I'm sure others have covered what I'm about to list but just wanted to put it out there.

1) Is there anyway to do a bulk scan and if not can that be something that can be added in a future update?

2) This would probably work in conjunction with #1 but is there anyway to scan and just have the app automatically add it to the collection and not have to accept each and every scan? Then if there's something in the collection that shouldn't be there, I can just delete it. Maybe there is and I just don't have the app configured properly.

3) Sometimes when I scan in an item it will show added to collection and other times it doesn't so I have to go into the my collection tab to see if it took it or not. Is there anyway to fix it so that it always shows as added?

I ran into a bunch of PS3 and Xbox 360 games as well as some blu-rays that the UPCs are not being found. I checked the scan log and the scan matches the UPC on the back of the game or movie. The problem is is there is no way to manually add Xbox 360 or PS3 games using the app like you can the blu-rays. Now I can add PS3 games through the website but there isn't a Xbox 360 option.

5) Will there be a way to manually add PS3 and Xbox 360 games into the app in a future update?

6) Will Xbox 360 games be added as a category for collections on the website?

Legitimate issue here regarding collection count. My collection count on the site is 902, but on the app, it's 907. I've determined that the cause of this is that titles such as empty SteelBook or Metal Box cases correctly count as zero titles added to your collection here on the site, but they count as one title added to your collection on the app. Maybe there's some setting I need to change on the app, but otherwise this is something that needs to be looked at. Thanks in advance.

We are aware of this bug , which affected the apps (both iOS and Android). Empty steelbook releases (or any other release with unique movies set to zero) was counted as one. The bug has been fixed in our code, but not yet released as an update.

1-2. There are two ways to scan, either through the scan history screen or from the main screen. When scanning through the scan history screen you are able to do something close to a bulk scan, except that you cannot upload the scanned items without having to view each item separately and going through the task of adding them. This is definitely a feature to consider for future releases. With auto uploading/adding titles, how would you want to define in which collection category to place them? Everything in Owned?

3. This doesn't seem right. Could you let me know which system you are running? iOS or Android?

If the scan doesn't result in any items, whether it is a movie or a game it is simply because the UPC/EAN is missing from the database. It could be that the game you have, exists on the site but with a different UPC/EAN. We would then need to add the item into the database.

4. The database is updated continuously and any member can contribute.

5. At the moment you cannot search for games through the app, so adding them you have to use the web site. So far we haven't prioritized this.

6. There is already an Xbox 360 collection, games can be added here.

1 & 2) For me personally I would put everything as "Owned" in my collection and scan away. Again if the scanner read something incorrectly I could just eliminate that movie from my collection. Having to accept each scan can be tiresome especially when having a big collection. I had over 1000 BDs and sold about 300+ so I erased everything and am starting from scratch so as you can see it can be a pain. I guess in a settings option you can select how you want them entered, ie viewed, owned, rented, etc. and just scan away.

Thanks for such an awesome App. I only have great things to say about the app. I do have two concerns/ issues. I have 427 movies on the website and 376 on the app. Plus when I scan movies in by bar code it will list them but it will not let me add them to the website. I have to manually enter them into the website.

It appears that titles I add to my collection show at the top of the my collection when I sort by "recently added (Desc)" and at the bottom when I sort my "recently added". Is this a bug, or am I missing something

Re the iPhone App, perhaps this is a setting I do not know about or it is a bug, but I cannot put in my collection the normal 2D version of a BD and its 3D version too, it will not work. You can only have or the other it would appear. Is there an ETA for this to be fixed? Now that I started collecting 3D titles, the app is removing the 2D versions when I add the 3D version. Makes it kind of hard to keep track when you have 800+ BD titles. Thanks.

Edit: Not sure what I am seeing is correct. Web site shows mixture of 2D+3D, just 2D and just 3D. The confusing part is that when I use the iPhone app to scan in the 3D BD, it tells me that I have the 2D version in my collection. When I add the 3D version, the iPhone app makes it appear that the 2D version was removed and replaced by the 3D version. But when I checked later on, both 2D and 3D versions are showing up in my collection. Not sure what to believe. Perhaps it is just a bug in the add by scan feature in the app?
