Jack Black's role in the film is especially entertaining. I'm not sure whether I could give it a perfect 10, but I still really recommend it and give it a very strong 9/10.
That wasn't Christopher Walken, that was Chris Cooper.

So that's what the Barbershop Quartet spoof was....didn't recognise the song.

My mistake. Thanks!

Good to hear you loved the film, I agree that it was fantastic. Instant pre-order for me too when it becomes available.

When I came out of the cinema there was a guy there with his three kids. He just looked at me and gave me a big grin so I returned it. Obviously took him back to his childhood too.

A great moment. Time to nick my sister's Muppet Show VHS boxset.

My mum loves this:

This is my personal favourite:

Yes the UK is finally getting D-Box. I'm not too far from the Crawley Cineworld so hopefully they'll be installed there soon.
Wonder what they'll charge though??

Went to see John Carter yesterday, and despite the trailers not being all that great, I did have faith in it with Andrew Stanton being the director. It didn't live up to all my expectations, but I still enjoyed it. The first half does get a little bloated at times, but it really picks up in the second half. Thought it was pretty good and I would watch it again. Avoid seeing it in 3D though, it's another unimpressive post-conversion job. 7/10

I saw The Dark Knight Rises on Friday, thought it was absolutely fantastic. I may go see it again before the Blu-ray comes out, as there's nothing else on that really interests me until The Bourne Legacy and Brave.

I've also been to see The Amazing Spider-Man and Ice Age 4 this month, both of which I really enjoyed.

Like the others above, have just come back from Dark Knight Rises.
Really enjoyed it, fitting end to the (Chris Nolan) trilogy.

Roll on the BD.

Cleaning out the garage last weekend I found a pair of stubbs to when my wife and I went to watch An American Haunting, shit film, but we only paid £4.50 a ticket!

Think Prometheus, another shit film, cost us close to £8 or more per ticket.

Maybe that was off topic, but hey ho.

Think it'll be TDK Rises for me once I know the place will be empty and I can watch in peace.
