Well contact the owner again and have him resend the photos.

Hey Russ, I was looking at your email thread with Elusive Disc. Did the president (Bob Bantz) acknowledge the damage or this other guy named Jason? The signature says the former but the email says it was from Jason.

It was Bob who initially signed off on the damage using Jason's terminal (I'm assuming )

We will contact Grado and proceed from there. We will definitely take care of you.
It is most assuredly bent.

My boss wanted me to pass along that we have a demo grado cartridge in his office and the stylus guard is on there so tight that he pulled one of the pins out of the guard of the cartridge trying to take it off!

Nice to hear that Elusive Disc has finally provided you with an RA#. I am however a bit concerned about them saying they'll be in touch with Grado and proceed from there. I have a feeling you're going to be waiting a bit longer than anticipated for a replacement.
