It's not like nothing happened, we learned a few more things, characters, relationships and friendships were developed. Something huge can't be found out every single episode, there are still 15+ episodes.

Maya's website led us nowhere. They pulled the Ezra is rich storyline out of thin air.

[Show spoiler] I don't think it's really going no where. They said themselves they didn't feel comfortable watching the videos, especially if Emily wasn't there. She apparently was losing things or time so that was her way to have track of it all. And the last video showed lights flashing, which could be what Bart was telling Aria, she had gotten in the car with Garrett.I don't think it was really out of no where, in one of the previous seasons he went to New York to "look for a job" and had "issues" to take care of, but his family could very well live there. Either way, we need to learn more about Ezra because we really don't know that much. There's a reason he's hiding all that money, and without a little background information on him, it's easy to make assumptions. If he basically wants nothing to do with his family then he's not going to talk about them. His mom also made a comment that everyone has a motive, which could actually mean that she has one. She tried bribing Aria out of the relationship so she'll probably bride someone else. |

In the next episode [Show spoiler] Quote:
They're already seniors and the Halloween episode is the Summer finale. So they'll be in November when it comes back on but the next two possible seasons consisting of 24 episodes will still be in high school and the last in college? That doesn't sound right at all. I think you're looking at it the wrong way, as if we're supposed to get all the answers within a couple episodes or that specific episode. You're not going to. It wouldn't be much of a mystery if we found out right away. You have to take what happened in that episode and think of what it will lead to, not what it didn't lead to. The fun of it is thinking of the possibilities and try to link people and situations together. I'm sure you'll say what's the point of over thinking if they're just gonna go by the books, but why not? We don't know for a fact that they will and there's so much going on with each character that a lot could happen. We still don't know who A is and how many people are involved, or why. The deaths were for a reason but those connections can't be made until other questions are answered. I don't see an issue with "filler" episodes as they build relationships and friendships between characters we wouldn't normally see together and learn some new information, that does go somewhere. What are some of the questions you want answered other than who killed Alison and Maya? Which they're obviously getting to. Last edited by hardtosayx; 08-03-2012 at 03:13 AM. |

That's insane, as the main mystery should have already been solved by now. So many episodes in the past season have been filler and ridiculous red herrings that they will have to come up with a new central mystery. I've already come very close to dropping the show.

Interesting. Watching one episode a week and being seniors for three years seems like a long time. But watching all at once, two years of being juniors really didn't seem long at all.
I believe we'll find out the killers in the meantime. |

So basically they plan to drag the show out until viewers drop to a new low like Gossip Girl or 90210

I really don't mind as I love this show and most that I watch now are ending. Looks like I need to look elsewhere to talk about this show. Last edited by hardtosayx; 08-04-2012 at 02:16 AM. |

lmfao I love the show just as much as you do, but you have to look at things more realistically. It's my favorite show on at the moment. The one I'm excited to download after work. The one I'll still pay $40 for a DVD season despite the fact I hate DVDs.

What do I need to look at it more realistically? No one knows what's going to happen this season and where the rest of the show can go so I'd really rather not jump to conclusions way ahead of time. Adding to that, I like to actually discuss the show, beyond what did and didn't happen in the episode. |
