Can you tell us (after checking out the disc) which cut of the film it is and if it's in the OAR - 2:35:1?

I can tell what cut it is (due to me having seen both and the use of certain websites listing the differences) but the OAR would be hard to determine for me. I can do a scan of the back of the case but EB has been known to provide inaccurate information about the specs before. I don't have a blu-ray drive on my computer but if you know of a way to determine the actual aspect ratio on a ps3 than let me know. I can take a picture of it playing on my TV to help with the AR too.

If it fills the screen (or close) it's not OAR. If it has wide black bars it's OAR (or close).

yeah, i love her and yeah, she's got a big head (headmastertransformers) but there is something about those big doe eyes and that horsehumping head, man, i can't get enough of. i've purchased every blu-ray with her in it (including Afterlife so you know i'm deep in this thing)

this will probably pop up at those Best Buy's bargain bin soon enough....so far, I've only seen it listed at Best Buy. not even Amazon has it listed which is weird..

it's listed at BB (not for store pickup) for $19.99 with a release date of 8-7-12 (tomorrow) i'll wait and see if it changes to available in stores tomorrow. there is no picture of the case cover so i don't know what version (original release or newer release) it is.

while i'm there i'll check tomorrow as well as the online status.

one interesting thing, the listing given online for BB, it does have an R rating, i believe someone mentioned a version that was PG-13.

Echo Bridge did the same thing with Darkness. They released the unrated version as an r-rated blu with the original theatrical cover (which would imply pg-13 rating). It was also in it's OAR so I'm hoping this is just like that.

It came today. It's the goddamned three movie set. And it's marked as pg-13 & 1:78:1 in case you were still considering ordering it. Three movies on one disc where the only movie you want is butchered & the wrong AR is not even worth it. Returning the item immediatley. Don't buy.

where did you order this from? the one i was talking about is just one movie. i've seen the one your talking about with other movies included on the one disc. the version i'm talking about, i put a link in the post i did a couple of hours ago.

sorry to hear that your unhappy. didn't you know it was a three movie deal? did they not advertise it that way? cause if not then your right to be pissed.

The Best Buy link says only cursed, nothing about it being the 3 film set, which was announced a while back

i don't get your response to my post. i did post the link about the BB individual offer for the single Cursed because it was rated R and someone mentioned about the CA version being PG13. i asked the person who ordered cursed and got the 3-1 disc where he got it from. not because i wanted it, because he led us to believe in his statement that it (at the site) was advertised as one movie.

The $20 "Cursed" individual movie is really the 3 movies on one disc set. BB was the only site offering it (individual Cursed I mean) so I didn't think I had to clarify. It's rated "R" because 2/3 of the movies from it are R probably.

And if you search BB right now you'll notice that the 3-1 set is not listed on their website. Why? Because they misnamed it.



AND they will only give me store credit instead of refunding my credit card. This is why I stick with Amazon.

I reluctantly picked up the Canadian disc dirt cheap a while back and was hoping for a decent US disc. Appreciate you posting what is actually on the new release
