Hello,
This is for people in America that will ship to America. What is the cheapest way to ship a Blu-Ray sized item? I think I might get those free USPS boxes, and put it into mail box, and ship that way? Let me know your ways... Thanks! "You wanna play rough? Ok! ... Say hello, to my little friend!" ~ Scarface

First off nothing is free anymore at the post office, you will have to pay for the boxes....USPS is the cheapest way to go with shipping.

![]() They are Priority Mail flat rate boxes, so regardless of weight, the customer pays a flat fee. Can they be used for first class mail (if the exterior is wrapped in kraft/brown paper to hide the USPS markings)? That I'm not sure of (I've never tried it, only because corrugated cardboard boxes weight more than padded envelopes, so the savings of a free box might be negated by the extra postage cost due to its weight).
