The Toys R Us store here has The Smurfs 3D for $17.99. Didn't pick it up though.. Was very tempting.

On that note, I finally convinced myself to pick up Yogi Bear 3D after learning the same guy that directed the amazing 3D in Journey CE 1 3D did this one, and then when I got to the store, Best Buy ripped off the tag for the 20 dollar deal on that special they had going, so it was 34.99 instead.

Then I figured I'd get HTTYDragon 3D instead, but also, back to full price. Dumb that they take things off sale so fast, but lesson learned. If it's something you were thinking about, and can spare 20 bucks, don't hesitate. Unless you like seeing it jump back up to 34.99 in store.

Online, it's a better situation.

That's a bummer. My local Best Buy doesn't put new tags on every product when they have sales though. They just put the sales tags on the shelf. Also, Best Buy will price match their own website. Yogi and HTTYD 3D are still listed as $20 there. You could probably try that if you are looking to combine it with the Upgrade and Save DVD trade-in deal.

Did you take them to the register to make sure? My BB almost never puts sales stickers on the movies. I bought Polar Express 3D today for 14.99 after U&S, but it still had the 34.99 sticker on it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give that a try if it's not too late. It was really nice to finally see BBuy offer over 20 3D films for 20 bucks instead of 34.99 for a change.

I noticed that Ebay has a collector limited edition of of I, Robot 3D that includes a robot (sonny) bust head that was limited to only 250 copies and only sold at ComicCon. It is listed for $199 starting and I think $279 to buy it now. That seems like a pretty good price considering that will DEFINITELY be a collector item since they are making so few of them.

Realize the UK version on Amazon UK is NOT region free. It is Region B so will not play in US players

I'm just responding to your claims it is a valueable collector's item. Many collector's would get it only to display, also how do you know its region B locked? Amazon us says everything is region A but I have a lot of stuff from there and it plays fine here.

I am just going by what the internet has said as well as Amazon UK AND Bluray.com have all said it is Region B locked (as well as a friend who works at Fox).
