You need to write a book on livin' the dream, aka livin' the Agent D lifestyle. I'd be first in line to buy it.

Thanks bud! I'm stoked. I actually did two reps before I racked the weights, but now comes the hard part, and that's the diet. Going strictly meat and veggies for a while. Cutting back on the fast food and junk.

I see you got a bit of break from work. Nice!

As for me...I'm just sucking back a few cold ones now after having done my shopping. Had to get some English Bangers as my friend wants a traditional Banger's 'n Mash dinner. No 'mushy peas" for me though. I love peas, but I hate that shiite! LOL!
John - I love the smell of vinyl in the morning!

Yes but if you are lifting that heavy of a weight then you are most certainly in shape and can take on a lot more calories then us old farts. I'm impress. When I was in my late teens and early 20s I was in a weight room everyday for years. Never got close to 300 + lbs on the bench. Then after working a very strenuous job for 14 years I ended up bursting two disc in my back so I am forbidden to do any lifting and I really miss doing that.

Hi Johnny....isn't peas in a can also know as shite in a can. Sometimes I think it would be just as good as to throw the peas from the can directly into the crapper/toilet/John/ whatever you call it up there.

Hey Al,

Having a good day. Half day of classes, but I got someone to sub, so I painted from 9:30-5:30. Exhausted.

Hi Travis, My day is just starting so not sure if I'm having a good day yet.
That is a lot of painting you did.

Just found out yesterday that stating Monday of next week I will have to work 12 days straight including, for the second year in a row, having to work during the Labor Day weekend.

Good morning AL,

That sucks! Will you at least be getting OT for this?

Sorry about that. Also found out next semester, I will be teaching a full day. Good for the wallet, not good for my matinees.

Been painting stripes in the school, today was red, the paint went on too thin. Had to roll it on and on and on and on. The blue was easier for some reason, green was okay. Tomorrow will be yellow. I'll snap pics when I'm done.

Also thinking in the classroom with red stripes, 15 and 20 cm thick, to hang posters of Chairman Mao and Che.

Good morning John, yes I will get OT but I'd rather be off. How's your week vacation so far? Goes by fast doesn't it?
