Probably this is the perfect design for you:

What do you think?
Yeah, this is awful.

You're not using any of the space provided by a blu-ray cover, and it completely clashes with the look, feel and themes of the film. I know this style of art is popular right now, but that doesn't mean it's a good fit for Looper, especially not when it's thrown together as messily, and as awfully, as this.

Are you actually part of the design team on this?

This is probably going to get the same reaction that Play's The Raid steelbook got earlier this year. Some people (me included) really like these left-of-centre steelbook designs, with hand drawn art that doesn't necessarily pull directly from the posters or promo material. It's not for everyone, though.

I'm surprised because I thought it was going to match the Futureshop steel.

I thought it would be similar in design to FutureShop's version as well.

One thing that needs to be done... HMV NEEDS TO OFFER AN OPTION FOR BIGGER VIEWING OPTIONS ON THEIR STEELBOOK ARTWORK!!! It's always so difficult to see the full image when it is so damn small like that.

IF I get this film on Blu-ray at all, I'm leaning towards the HMV version. However, again, it's impossible to get a true sense for comparison with FutureShop's version because of the stupid "thumbnail only" graphics used by HMV.

I do like it; if a tad crowded. I like the drawing effect although I think I would have preferred something like this

What do you think?
I love it, only thing I would say is try to make it a little more minimalistic, don't throw so much on there at once.

Not a fan of the HMV artwork, too cluttered.

I much prefer the HMV artwork to the Futureshop one - it may be more cluttered, but it just looks better IMO.

Seem to be the only one who actually likes this artwork!

Maybe they should send themselves some party snacks via TNT and see if they arrive in time for the party.

I can imagine HMV bosses sitting at a table for 6 days wondering if 'today's the day' the food arrives.
