Having worked at Best Buy, I'm not a huge fan of Dynex products. They tend to be "functional" but die out rather quickly. They don't have the best of picture quality in their TVs, though I've seen worse out there in Westinghouse. If you're going to buy a Dynex television, I'd recommend getting a protection plan as you will most likely use it at some point. Just my two cents. You can usually find other TVs (especially from Toshiba lately) that are a substantial upgrade in build and image quality. Best Buy is matching online retailers like Amazon, so do a little exploring before you jump the gun on a Dynex.
