Default Any good deals for 40" (ish ) flatscreens under $300?

Tried to get to best buy for the 40" Toshiba , for $179, but had zero luck :/

Now just wondering if anyone knows of any good 32-42" sale coming out

I think the biggest drawback right off the bat, is that it only has 2 HDMI inputs. That would be a deal breaker for me.

This!
Just upgraded to a JVC 1080p 42" but my 4 year old 32" 720p Isignia is still working like a champ as well. It's been a great TV with an extremely good picture.

True. But if you have a receiver or only plan on using it for satellite and br, it shouldn't be a problem. My house only has one receiver for the satellite and it controls all 3 rooms, so no worries there. The ps3 and the wii u are in the living room with the big tv and HT, so all I will have in the bedroom is a br player and the 360
