That's my next change due to the size of the C2 is to move my TV from the spine of the AV stand to the wall. I'm looking at getting a Salamander stand next year so I already have all the dimensions of the stand and the center. So just going to hang the TV in the spot it will need to be for the new stand.

I wound up selling mine, and my new KEFs are already here - R900s. They're big little guys. I think the only thing they give up to the Mirages is a tad of bass extension. They have plenty of bass, however, and I think it's noticeably tighter than the 28s. Boy am I going to miss those things, though...

perhaps with some more break-in they will become all that the mirage were and then some. It took my Dyns about 150 hrs for the bass to really sound like what it did at the dealers showroom, so perhaps that will be similar for you as well. I would love to hear the new Kefs but the only place I knew of that carried them stopped carrying them recently. They still have PSB and Monitor Audio and of course Energy and Klipsch, and it was nice to hear the new BX and RX series, but I wanted to hear the Q series, although admittedly, I thought the iQ70/90s and XQ40s were very good, just not for my tastes, I still was curious what the new speakers would sound like.

Thanks. Regarding the bass, I doubt it. Mirages have always been voiced to be a little bass heavy. My father's old M5sis only have a single 8" bass driver each, but boy are they punchy. The KEF's Uni-Q coaxial driver is just crazy good, though. Near reference level, and I mean that. Imaging is second to none, and with such a smoothness.

Anywho, congrats to everyone's recent purchases. Hope they turn out well!
