I feel so bad, I just prestiged to level 3.....and finally got my first gold gun (first time after playing ALL Call of Duty games). My wife called me a loser but I'm happy to be prestige 3. My job is being a writer so I sit on my butt and play video games/internet all day.

Diamond Camo!

You need to get Gold on each type guns, Assault, Sniper, SMG and Shotguns to get Diamond.

I've been sporadic in playing online with this game....this game has been more frustrating than any COD game I've played online thus far! I feel like I'm doing better than the first couple of weeks....still enjoying Hardpoint but TDM has nothing but CAMPERS!!

I'm glad i'm not the only one that feels this way. I have adapted to the way everyone else plays by using SMG's you can't win a gun fight with out one. The really frustrating thing for me is damage doesn't mean anything in this game unless you have a Shotgun. I have been running in to alot of player's now running around with ghost and shotgun's. Don't even get me started on the spawn system in this game, the worst spawning I have seen to date in any COD game. I've seen the bad spawning with my own eyes, I was getting ready to use the Lighting Strike while the other team was spawning.I see red dots popping up every were and they put a guy right behind me.

Yesterday, in the Slums map, I spawned, and immediately died! The spawn system surely sucks for sure!! Funny thing is, I use a shotgun, and it works for about 2 kills, then I ALWAYS get killed from behind! Since I've learned how to camp a corner or area a little more often, I've found myself gaining advantage on everyone else....I think the design of the maps is not that good if camping is what'll lead to more kills....

The map design is an issue to. I can't count how many times i'm shooting it out with a guy,and then some one shoots me from a window. Window campers are the worst.

Especially in Slums....there are windows galore that I've gotten shot from, and that's camping at its worst!

I heard that you have to Gold every gun in 1 class (like Assault) to get Diamond on the Assault class.

How many of you guys that have played a decent amount of this game, still see yourself playing this for a long amount of time? I have put in a fair amount, almost done with first prestiage, and I really cannot see myself putting too much more time into this game. Between the campers, the hit markers, and the poor maps (my opinion) I just feel as though it is kind of a drag to play this. Maybe its just me and I havent put enough time into learning how to properly play this but, I am almost to the point of trying to find a new game to put 100+ hours of play time into, or going backwards to mw3, mw2, mw. Not trying to start an argument, just looking for general feedback.

You know I thought of exactly the same thing, and the problem really is, I don't know which one to go back to if I could....I wouldn't know how many are hacked now so to deal with cheaters galore....I don't know....I did the same thing between MW2 and Black Ops, and man the hacks that are there.....crazy! I was also thinking it could be the classes I was using...I'd hit people but I'd die before unloading almost the entire clip...now THAT pisses me off!!

Why do people always complain about "campers"? I never really understood it. In war, there would be people "camping". Also, I feel that if you are good at the game and get killed by a "camper" it should be fairly easy enough to kill the person next time around.... I personally dont like games where all you do is keep running and gunning, running running running and gunning like a chicken with its head cut off (Black Ops)... Camping, to me, is a real part of warfare that is strategic to holding an area down... Also, if you are good at war games, you should know not to just run out to certain area's and always go "stealthily" towards where you are heading.. Sounds to me like people just dont know how to play these games well and just run around expecting people to just jump out in front of them... Maybe Halo would be a better fit?

When I talk of campers, I am speaking of a dude laying down in between two things, getting up when you walk by, killing you, then based on the kill cam, is running back to get in the exact same spot. That is what I call a camper. And before you say it yes, it is easy to go back and kill him when you spawn, but that isnt the point. Im not looking to go 30-10 in every game I play (Im not good enough unlike others) I am looking for a fun factor when I play. That type of stuff sucks.
