Was just recently watching Home Alone for the holidays and was thinking that this title, if done right, would have some awesome pop-out moments and depth.

What other (unlikely) titles would you pick?

Something David Lynch. His movies already sort of hypnotize me and suck me into another world. Adding depth to that experience could make it even better.

After watching Prometheus 3D I was thinking how much I would love to see Blade Runner in 3D

Also maybe, Alien, Aliens, and The Matrix

Definitely, agree...but those I would consider as "likely" candidates for conversion.

I was thinking more along the lines like "Explorers".

Caveat: not a big fan of converting catalogue titles that weren't shot for 3D. That said:

Blade Runner would be incredible

Now that they are thinking of a sequel or prequel, its probably going to be in 3D ..hopefully the do a conversion on the original one.

I also agree with What dreams may come... those visuals would look great with depth

Blade Runner would be incredible...also Pan's Labyrinth, Forrest Gump, Leon: The Professional, Twelve Monkeys, The Princess Bride. But, according to my list, I would definitely consider these "likely" candidates.

Agree with both. They should focus on making good "new" films shot with 3D cameras instead of churning out lackluster 3D conversions of every damn movie ever made. When will it end?

The dark knight is actually unlikely nolan does not like 3d, so as much as i would love for it to happen we wont get batman in 3d anytime soon, but the next series im sure will be 3d

I know, at this rate it doesnt seem like it will end anytime soon. I mean if studios were willing to convert movies like say, the way James Cameron did Titanic then id be interested, but the fact of the matter is they're just churning out cheap quick conversions to turn a quick buck.
