I just got an email from Deep Discount today.
SRP - $49.99 Their Low Price - $29.99 Order Now & Save $8 More! Your Cost: $21.99 I might pre-order it. I already got Brave 3D and Finding Nemo 3D for 19.99 each so this price isn't too bad. I haven't seen the movie yet but heard nothing but good things. |

That's a nice cover of the Hub terminal scene, and the only place in the movie where all of the characters from different games could interact along with the therapy rooom. It should look good in holographic 3D, with Ralph's hand popping out.

Thanks!
No coupon for the rest though? ![]() I think I will hold on my DeepDiscount order for Ralph though. They'll likely be similarly priced but DD has much faster shipping.

I just saw this, and ended up being pretty surprised. I'd read a few reviews that made it sound like it was pretty good, main complaints being that it was too "kiddy" and that there weren't enough video game references.
Well, I loved it. The writing was great, and very creative. And there were A LOT of video game references, it's just that they weren't always explicit(which I prefer, since otherwise it ends up feeling more like product placement, and not parody). I think this is the best movie Disney's made in a long long time, like since the 90s. Maybe it's because my expectations weren't very high, but I'd highly recommend watching it if you like video games or animated films(this one personally really reminded me of The Iron Giant, Ratatouille and Roger Rabbit) I'm gonna pick up the 3D version day one, hopefully the 3D looks good(there were a lot of "FPS" angles so I bet those will look really cool) and that "Paperman" is also included in 3D. |

It was still lower at its "early days" but that's a great price as well.

Just finished watching the extras. Laughable - that sums it up nicely. It's a disgrace they put titles like Ultimate Collector's Edition is such bare-bones releases.
- You get a 16-min making of which gives you the important details of the world creation but that's it. It would be a nice tease for a real making of. It makes a point to show you how much thought and care was put into this project but it doesn't go further than this. - The Disney intermission is all about references. These are all good, it could be better but still a stellar extra. - The deleted scenes are not that interesting (you can watch them with commentary from the director and producers) - The commercials are very similar to what Toy Story 3 had.
