powerdvd and cyberline issue

I burn my friend a new computer a couple of months ago and the bluray drive come with powerdvd and it play blu ray just fine. However, my friend call me today and say when he put in a blu-ray, it say cyber link need to upgrade, it upgrade, restart, and keep asking for update like a infinite loop... any good solution?

Uninstall and reinstall. If its a legit copy, you should have no problems.
