Really hope GTAV comes to Wii U by spring. Most likely I'll end up with PS3 for the trophies and PSN since I know I won't be able to hold out for the PC release (though that will likely be my "main" playthrough).
I guessing Wont see zelda for least 2 years. Next zelda will prob be 2013 3DS game. I think we will see what retro have being working on in 2013 with a october/nov release.

we might see a 3D mario for nov too.

Depends on whether the Wii U is your only console. If you already have a PS3 or 360 it's kind of pointless buying some of the 3rd party games. Mass Effect 3 is $60 on the Wii U but you can buy the entire ME trilogy for the same price on the other consoles. Arkham City is $60 on Wii U but you can buy the GOTY edition for like $30 or 40 for the other consoles.

Seriously! I played more PS2 titles than PS3 titles on my 60GB for the first year, mostly GTA: San Andreas and Battlestar: Galactica.

Yeah I don't think I ever got over the 360 launch lineup which is why my xenon survived.

Im still buying a WII U. There are enough games for me to pass the time, and the kids have enough to play too. Im hoping for a sale or something early next year or a used console to show up at the local trade in store.
Im all about the Ultraviolet copy

I bought my Wii U last Thursday and I have been nothing but impressed with the system. I fully recommend it to anyone who is interested in picking one up. Tvii, New Super Mario, and even Black Ops 2 (yes, I just sad that) are all amazing on it.

Also, I think the Wii U Netflix app is the best of all of the home consols.

I am pretty impressed with the fit and finish and it seems to work great as a channel/program guide but it doesn't really seem to fit my application. Playing around with it, it's not putting the dots on OTA HD. And it turned off my TV when I hit the STB button. But I didn't see anywhere to do another device other than my TV? I would like at least some basic AVR functionality (switching, etc).

I'm kinda thinking the only way an effective media hub can exist if they put HDMI, coax, etc in.

Was going through my stats and Batman Arkham has already become my most played game with 3 marathon sessions. With over an hour more than ZombiU and at least 2-3 more hours than NSMBU.

I think it's still better to buy the deluxe.

Same. I would probably pay the extra 50 bucks just for the console in black. I hate white consoles.

Deluxe is definitely a better value. I wish they had released a silver one, though.

Oops, I was originally thinking Metroid, though I have been pondering Super Mario Galaxy 3, as well.

I'd love to see a sequel to Super Mario Sunshine on the Wii U. I've always considered Sunshine the most overlooked Mario game. But I do think the next 3D Mario will be Super Mario Galaxy 3, probably to finish off the Galaxy series.
