Ditto on thanks, was able to knock 67 bucks (combined) off my previous "why did I spend so much for" Hitch & Dick van Dyke set purchases. Which still left me with some change back from my new "did I really get that" Lawrence Of Arabia acquisition. Pretty nice.

I also learned where they'd moved all the box sets I hadn't seen for a long while, good thing I asked a couple different people where they might be located (the first one did no better than I did in finding them, groan), as I completely missed them.

Also saw a few seasons of Glee for the same price and also saw Firefly

Wow I was so tempted to get the Twilight Zone set for that price yesterday, but I've spent too much this month already. Awesome deal though, hopefully it'll come around next year again.

Did get the Downton Abbey set for $37.99 though, which is cheaper than Amazon right now. Missed out on previous deals for this, but wanted to get it for the gf for xmas so I caved. This is more for me to watch than her

Saw multiple copies of Harry Potter 8-disc collection for $49.99. This was on 12/24. The super-duper wizards edition was still 299.99 at that point however. West suburban Chicago location.

You might be right. I saw a lot fewer items this time 'round, and most of the discount signs were absent.

Made my regular stop at Costco (27 December 2012) & noticed that the Complete Twilight Zone or Complete Dick Van Dyke sets are STILL on sale, as they've extended the US$120 price for each until 6 January 2013. Those 2 are the only ones I noticed are still extra discounted. [I don't know if Costco perhaps cannot return them to Image, but it could be that's why the they're still so (relatively) inexpensive. Almost every other BD is back to their regular Costco price, except for a few new titles.]

Anyone still seeing the Sherlock Holmes RDJ films since the holidays? Going to go grocery shopping with the mrs. and hoping to find both of them. Hopefully the 2nd one has a slip. Kind of kicking myself for not picking these up. I was kind of kicking around the idea of buying these on steel.

Do you have walmart around you? If you are looking for the Sherlock Holmes 2, then you can get at walmart for $7.88(with slips) plus it contains movie ticket value at $7.50.(so it's almost free if you are planning to watch some WB movies at theater)
