Sorry. I have been super busy. Haven't had time to make any cables yet. I'll try next week. My apologies.

I also sent you a PM, but I thought I'd ask here as well. I was curious as to what size cable pants you used. I'm making some DIY cables (12AWG w/ Techflex & heat shrink tubing) and wanted to get some cable pants that would fit. Thanks in advance.
I looked up the phrase 'Getting It Done' in the dictionary and it said, "See Marvel Cinematic Universe 2008-present".

Sorry about the late reply.
I can't remember the size I used.
I ordered three different sizes, but used the pants that fit the snuggest.

The last time he was here was on 6-18-2012 & his last post was on 4-2-2012.

What you cannot see is his only reason for being here was to push/sale his cables that he made which is not allowed here

Am I allowed to ask a fellow member to help make me some DIY cables? I don't have the know-how or the time, but the look of these cables are fantastic.

Yes of course. You just can't use this site to promote your own business by trying to sell your wares. Remember though that sometimes these DIY cables can be just as expensive as a commercial brand, so set your budget.

Next question, would any of the DIY members be willing to help me out with making 3 x 1.8 meter speaker cables?

I live in South Africa, and I don't have access to many of the DIY things I need to get these cables made. However I have access to all the high-end brands, which I can't afford.

Please PM me if it's more appropriate.

Excluding shipping and labour, I have a reasonable idea of what they cost. They aren't THAT expensive.

4 meters of 10 AWG Monoprice or Belden isn't so bad. The cable jacket and all the other bits and bobs, I think are a few dollars. Banana plugs, for 3 x 1.8m cables (single-wire only), is also a few dollars.

I think I would rather have someone make them up for me than spend $150 on a boutique cable which still doesn't look as nice.
