People are so thoughtless. Now i see why others don't lend them out ever. And if you do something, atleast offer to replace it, or pay damages.

I don't know. I never had anything delivered by them on Saturday because Amazon doesn't count Saturday's as 2-day shipping.

I think out of the 100 some titles I ordered from GH in the last 18 months about 10 or so of them had slips.
