Anyone had trouble downloading their movies from Cinemanow?
Everytime I try I get "downloading failed, contact customer support" Been on hold with them for quite a while now and was just curious.
Tried the troubleshooting in the FAQ, but no luck yet.

So far, only been able to get 6 titles to download. All the rest give me an error message. Customer support had no idea why.
Pretty sure it's a website problem now. I've tried from different PCs and still won't work.

hey everyone, im having trouble with my xbox 360 playing the titles via cinemanow.
i activated my 360 and it shows all of my titles but says "play unavailable" then if i click it, it says my ultraviolet account is not activated! but i linked everything with ultraviolet last night so im not sure what to do.

help?

It's been doing that to me and 2 of my friends as well.

Basically, every one will tell you to unlink/relink it and to log out and back in but that doesn't work.

My advice is to just use the Vudu app to play your Ultraviolet movies.

Also tried my bd player with cinemanow and it loads everything but wont play anything =/ lol i deactivated then reactivated and nothing doing it now with my xbox but on a positive note, VuDu works great on both

could it be cinemanow or my devices, my internet connection??

Same problem here. It shows up in my account, but not available through Flixster. Trying to access it from the UV homepage sends me back to Flixster. Will wait a few days to see if it's a server-side problem, then e-mailing their technical support again.

My cinemanow app is doing the samething. All of my movies say unavailible as well. When I press the play box it says my UV account is not active which is false

I bought the Canadian SteelBooks of Blow, Hanna, and Limitless and the Purple Case of Rock Of Ages from the United Kingdom.

Are these Digital Copies / UV that came with them limited to these countries or are they universal codes?

For the Canadian one's if they are disc-less then they are definitely locked to Canadian users (or users with access to a Canadian Itunes account). If they are disc and code then they may work in the US. I had a few Canadian editions of movies that I was able to redeem the disc and codes through US Itunes (My Bloody Valentine, The Transporter 3, one of the Harry Potter movies, Iron Man 2), but I have never been able to get movies like Limitless that have no disc to redeem in the US. UV codes are all region locked.

I have tried since dec 21st to get Flixster to help me with no luck even though they have replied 3 times (ignoring my request each time) I cannot log in directly to flixster even though I had an account setup (it was locked for some unknown reason) I was able to get in by logging on through Facebook. I have requested help fixing my direct log on and they ignore it every time. Cruet tell me just to use the Facebook log on and that direct account basically does not exist any more (they say that the accounts merged together) I don't want to log in through Facebook as I have been considering shutting it down. Any ideas or suggestions?

Weird new information.

I have a iPad that my son uses. Flixster is not updated. Person of interest and Grimm play perfectly. Doesn't really do you any good. Just it's good to know that they play.

Has anyone run into a problem with the UV being included with your movie? The last 2 movies I bought brand new didn't come with the UV insert. Not sure if I could contact the companies and request them?

Which movies did you purchase? Not all movies include UV codes.
