Hey got a quick question...do you only use on of the cardboard pieces for the movie box? stapled to the back right? only problem is...with no cardboard now to the actual poster frame...the two pieces of plastic and the poster arent thick enough to hold it together...is that what you did? i am assuming the lights wont go through the cardboard piece...or am i missing something?

I think I'm going to attempt a 27x40 in the coming weeks, but quick question, how did you hang it on your wall? Did you have to nail it to the wall?

What I did was build the box and attach one of the plexi pieces to that box. Now attach the frame to the box using hinges. The plexi from the frame remains in the frame. Now when I put a poster in I use poster putty to attach the poster to the plexi that is in the frame. Then close the frame over the box and secure the frame closed, I am currently using eye hooks. There are so many approaches so look into what others are doing and go with what you think will work best. Good luck.

I used the heavy duty frame hangers shaped like a triangle with a metal strip attached that screws into the frame of the box. Then used two screws, not wire, to hang it.

Hey MovieFanatic2010, saw your ParaNorman light box and it looks great! Looks like you improved upon the design for the box, is that correct?
