Anyway Congrats, I don't even have 1 trophy in RE5, I really dislike that game for some reason, don't think I played more than 20 minutes of it.

Just ended L.A. Noire, the last time I played was July 2011, so I decided should try to end it, ended up only needing 2 cases finish. I could have been plat'd this. I wanted to plat it before 2013 but we're going out tonight

Following from comments in the Far Cry 3 thread about cutscenes being inconsistent with gameplay and characters not being allowed to kill enemies when given a chance. I love it when you are completely out of ammo, but you reach a cutscene and your character is shooting the ammo you are out of. And why oh why when I have a loaded grenade launcher do I need to run at the enemy I just knocked down with said launcher and punch him in the face to finish him off, and why must I knock him down three times with a grenade launcher and punch him in the face before he really temporarily dies (to reappear in the next chapter)? A grenade launcher is not enough? And why when I am in a room fighthing numerous tough B.O.W.'s from all directions would you pan the camera away from where I need it and force my movement in a direction that is not in my favor simply to show me the door that will be my exit from the area? It's not enough that there is a little white door symbol over said door indicating that it is the exit?

Agent Hunt was kind of fun, but it's sort of a cheap activity. Joining a game for the sole purpose of making the player die so he/she has to return to the checkpoint.

The intersecting campaigns was a good idea, I thought. But why must I pull the deelybobbers out of the heads of the B.O.W.'s as Chris or Piers and then do exactly the same thin as Jake or Sherry? That is nonsensical.

I was hoping to get a Dragon Age 2 Plat before the end of the year but my Dragon: Age Origins save got erased somehow. So I replayed DA:O instead of playing DA2 twice.

so I lucked out and got "My blaster runs hot" yesterday. I tried over 12 times day before and got to 9750 then died. otherwise I only got around 6000-7000.

then second try yesterday I got almost to 13,000 and actually met a "boss" on lvl 15!

glad i got it. on to the rest of the game.

I got RE5 plat a long time ago. It was a more difficult game on professional difficulty than RE6, but less of a grind to get all trophies, and generally more fun to play. The only really hard part was the boss you have to kill from the truck. That was maddening and took a whole bunch of tries.

I was watching RE:Retribution the other night and I thought about RE5. In the movie, they easily pulled the scarab from Jill's chest. In RE5, you had to knock her down and pull with all your might using QTE's several times before it would come off.

Watched that movie last week and had the exact same thoughts. It was a total pain to get that thing off of her in the game and in the movie it takes like 2 seconds.

Theres not, you just have to keep playing til that trophy dings. Game sucks like that.

i've been playing online co-op with a friend, we each did the little start up section sepeartly but have been playing the rest together, we are lvl 10 and having so much fun. I love the humor in the Borderlands series.

and the two Borderlands trophies i got tonight pushed me over the edge:
