Thank you i really like it a lot. Ya you would think the $2 it cost for an hdmi cord would be included. But alas they want you to pay $30 to $60 for a cord.

I have been using the S790 just to listen to cd's so far as i am waiting for a
settlement from a law suit to come in before i get a projector (long story).

Anyway, the S790 sounds incredible. I was listening to a cd i have heard a 100 times and never noticed the detail especially from the bass guitar, unless i went to uncompressed wav. with the same song.

I am really impressed with this player so far as i only got it a short while ago.

Once i have used the video, internet etc i plan on doing a full review for those who are interested.

Definitely 3D, I am 90% there on the Epson 6020. I want to wait a while until the 4K thing is sorted out.

I am lookin at $3K or so to get what i want, i think.

6020 eh? for that type of money I'd take a look at the Sony HW50 and the JVC RS46 as well...

The reviews of the 6020 seem to be top notch. The Sony is a thousand more than I want to spend. The JVC is discontinued as far as I know??

The RS46 is the current model, and the Sony could be found for a little over $3K.

Anyways, read up a few threads and try to find a dealer in your area for a demo or two

The screen has arrived! It is the Elunevisions Reference Tab Tensioned 4K.
I am super busy right now, and won't have time to set it up until next week.
Can't wait to get a new projector now.

But taxes are due at the end of the month, and it is investment time.

Hopefully in February the projector will come?

Sweet man. 92" is pretty decent. I thought pretty long and hard on my screen in my limited space too and 100" is about the max I could go without completely reconfiguring the space.

The only thing I see missing is the 4 adjustable bolts? But when I moved the screen out of the box I heard what sounded like loose screws rattling down the screen housing. I have not removed the shipping bolts yet as I just wanted to get the box out of the theater. Any ideas why elunevisions would put those adjustable bolts there? Gotta say though the screen is packed really well.

(The bolts I am referring to is the first picture on the back page of the manual where it lists the accessories)

Ya I am itchin' to hang the screen.

Took your advice and looked at some of the projectors you had suggested. The local store opposite BB would not come down on the Sony. The JVC is pretty nice. But I think I will get the best value with the Epson 6020. With 3 year warranty, extra lamp and mount. I think it will suit my needs very well. Again I am 90% there on the Epson' but open to looking at other possibilities.

I figured out taht the sound was the hangars on the screen housing in case i decided to use chains to suspend it.

The mystery of the 4 adjustable bolts is not solved. I will give elunevisions a call tomorrow. I did remove the shipping bolts this afternoon though, will hang very early this week.

I couldn't wait any longer i got the screen up and adjusted. The tension was perfect right out of the box. I decreased the amount extended to come just over the top of my audio/video cabinet i custom built for my equipment. I still need to adjust the toe-in on the fronts and the light seen on the screen is from the camera flash.

Inside the cabinet is my equipment listed in my signature.

Next month projector time and pictures of entire theater.

The light wood cupboard on the right side of the picture...is that covering the electrical panel? If yes, did you make it from scratch or buy it?
