Hunger Games: Catching Fire was released today. Looks a little similar to the first teaser poster from the first movie. This one is a little more detailed.

Todd Slater has put up his Mondo Lord of the Rings print "Treebeard" on his site, standard is up, variant looks to have sold out, but the variant is priced very fair at $50. He will be putting up his Robocop one up soon as well. Link below if you want to order, Todd is a good guy, so if you were looking to pick up either, support him by purchasing via his site rather than from an eBay seller.

You won't be disappointed if you picked up a Treebeard. I snagged a variant when Mondo had the NYCC leftovers and it's easily one of my top 5 prints. It's an awesome piece. I was a little late and missed out on his Tenacious D black/gold variant which I was pondering for too long

Not a whole lot of activity lately here, thought I would check in and see how everyone was doing? The post-Holidays are upon us, convention season is about ready to start. For those who have never been and want to live a little we have an awesome convention here in Seattle March 1-3, there is also WonderCon in Anaheim this year (I believe returning back to San Francisco in 2014) which will be the end of March, Vancouver Fan Expo in downtown Vancouver Canada April 20-21, and Calgary Fan Expo held the end of April in Calgary Canada.

Many other conventions too, if you have never been to one, they are really a lot of fun, with a wide range of exhibitors offering everything from comic books to movie posters, Mondo prints, Magic the Gathering stuff, toys, etc. Many of these shows have celebrity guests too who will sign autographs, etc. San Diego generally sells out each year and that will be in June I believe, I have never been to it, I heard its complete chaos.

The cold is settling in around my parts and the new year has been busy, not much on the poster front I'm afraid. I'm waiting for the DMR Lone Ranger poster to come in and also waiting for the Ken Taylor JP print to come in so I can turn around and ship it back out to Allforce... hopefully making his daughter's birthday in time.

Other than that I actually sold some prints recently, something I never thought I'd do, but I was in need of some cash so some prints had to move along. I guess I am now officially a 'flipper'

Glad to hear the JPs are starting to ship!

It's definitely been a rough start to 2013 on my end, but things are looking up. Can't wait for the Calgary Comic Expo, lots of actors and actresses, looks like a good lineup!

The only other Con(s) I have in mind for this year will be Comic Con in San Diego, and possibly Blizz Con in October. Though I will be back at school this September fulltime so chances are Blizz Con will be out of reach for 2013.

Going to try my best to attend everything I can this year!

I've got the whole set of 6, and they're nice quality screen-prints, each 24" x 36". Not really even looking for much $. Check them out!

Wizard shows aren't as good as most conventions, and they have a reputation for canceling shows at the last minute, but if it comes to your area you should check it out.

Very much looking forward to the posters that will be released at SDCC and other cons.

I'll be buying 4 posters (Both Man of Steel Advance posters, Iron Man 3 and Star Trek) as soon as they're all available to buy in one transaction from eBay.

Precious Cargo was the first to go with Servants Variant right behind. Took a few more minutes for the Regular Servants to go.

Grabbed the Variant. I was not thrilled with Precious Cargo at first, but the more I look at it the more I like it. I just have to be very picky with the posters I get for my media room. This might be the first Mondo I have gotten that will actually go up!
