The Mob Doctor 3.01 million - canceled
Fringe 2.70 million - series finale just aired this week

Just an idea how their other shows have done. Hopefully this show can manage at least 8 million each week with a solid 3.0 demo.

I felt the same way up until the last 5 mins. The concept intrigued me enough to give it a couple more weeks. The setup made it kind of feel like a rehash of Criminal Minds, with a serial killer of the week feel and very little plot moving from one week to the next, that's fine but been done to death.

Ya felt the same way... Felt like more of the same until the end. I understand they are setting everything up so I will keep watching. Now that the villian is somewhat flushed out it could get pretty interesting. While I like Kevin Bacon there was some serious overacting in the show last night, should be good once he more into the character though.

The show's 3.1 rating in adults 18-49 ties "Elementary" as the second highest-rated drama debut of the season.

Show also did better than the Alcatraz series premiere in January 2012 as well.

So far, signs are positive.

It's not amazing, but it is a solid start. The big test is if the ratings can maintain.

Alcatraz

Week 1: 10.05 million
Week 2: 9.03 million
Week 3: 8.44 million
Week 4: 6.91 million

As you can see, Alcatraz and this show were about equal in the first week.

This show was fantastic, at first it was your avg crime thriller. But eh last 5 minutes had a touch feeling to it and it was like wow this guy is seriously messed up.

One nice thing this show has going for it is that it airs uninterrupted 14 straight weeks smart move by Fox on this one. They are going to have this and Touch back to back uninterrupted will be very smart.

They learned it worked with 24. I think FOX was the first network to do the straight through runs.

It was either 24 or Lost right around the time they both aired think Lost started it season 3 24 just did it right out of the gate.

Yeah 24 started it in 2001, Lost started using it in 2006

It's produced by Warner Brothers so if this show maintains it's good ratings it will definitely be on Blu-ray.

That's who she was couldn't place the actress, the guy who plays Caroll tho looks like he may have learned something from Ledger when they worked on a Knights tale together , he was a very eerie character like I mean truly crazy.

Be careful because overall ratings mean very little, you need to look and see how it's doing in the key demo (18-49 year olds) where it got a 3.2. Which is worse than Alcatraz, but Fox isn't doing as well this year so unless the show is incredibly expensive (I doubt it, Kevin Bacon's been reduced to doing mobile network ads here in the UK) it is likely to be renewed.

Of course the ratings could drop significantly in the next 14 weeks...

I hope this doesn't turn into another Alcatraz. It sort of has the makings to be one.

Alcatraz was all about tracking down these old criminals, and this one is turning out to be

I just watched the premiere tonight and I really liked it. It has a pretty good cast too, so I hope it stays that way.

I watched the pilot last night and thought it was a great start. The planned 14 straight episodes is not a bad idea either.
