**** a $150+ SE, I get burned every time I buy a SE Sony game. Pissed me off to see the Uncharted 3 SE selling for $20. Limited my ass.

Difference between Uncharted 3's Special Edition and the Post-Pandemic Edition of The Last of Us is that this one is retailer-exclusive to GameStop, while UC3's was pretty much available at most retailers. There's precedence for GameStop exclusive Special Editions disappearing rather quickly.

Okay, there is all kinds of pissing and moaning about how much games cost, how much DLC costs, how much the damn console costs. But there is all kinds of happiness about dropping 40-50-60 bucks on a dust collector. No one wants to pay $600 for a new console, but how many of those will pay $600 over the life of said console for a handful of non-valuable statues, comic books, belt buckles, maps and patches? I'm baffled.

God Of War: Ascension To Feature Exclusive The Last Of Us Demo

Great news for PlayStation 3 fans, especially those wanting to play the console’s biggest game this year early. TheSixthAxis can reveal that, at least in Europe, anyone buying God Of War: Ascension on Blu-ray will also get access to a free playable demo of Naughty Dog’s great looking The Last Of Us.

The demo will be exclusive to those picking up Ascension, at least at first. The demo will – according to the information we’ve been given – be bundled with the Blu-ray for God Of War but it’s likely it’ll be a demo that you’ll need to download.

The Last Of Us is one of the PS3′s most ambitious games, coming from the studio responsible for the wonderful Uncharted series. God Of War: Ascension is also hotly anticipated, with the story going back to Kratos’ roots and setting up the rest of the series.

I initially pre-ordered the Joel edition from Shopto, but found the Ellie edition for a few pounds less at GAME, so I've gone there instead.

Thats awesome but at the same time i dont know if i want to spoil the game early at all. Well since i always pick up the god of war games i guess its not really a purchase decision as much as a do i play decision

They say "earl" access. So id assume there will be a demo for all not too long afterward. Maybe a month or so after

Well since i always pick up the god of war games i guess its not really a purchase decision as much as a do i play decision I dream in slow motion and wake up screaming!
