Sub Recommendations Under 1500$

Im Currently researching subs at or under the 1500$ Price point and needed some advice as it is very hard to demo Internet Direct Subs.
No DIY Please

PSA is a newer Internet Direct company started by Tom Vodhanel and Jim Farina. Tom was one of the original founders of SVS & Jim worked for SVS for about 7 years.

Rythmik is also another company that I've seen get good reviews. Intamin has a pair of their 15" subs and enjoys them.

Have You Guys heard any sub listed in this Thread? As said before it is hard to demo Internet only subs

I have a PB12 Plus and a PC12 Plus and enjoy them and would recommend them. You could also add $100 to the budget and check the SVS outlet and pick up a PC13 Ultra for $1600. Good luck!

The subs you listed are Internet only subs. Most decent subs that members have on this site are Internet-only subs. Some of the companies have a 30 day trial period where you can return it within 30 days. It's a good way to demo different subs in your HT to see whether or not you like it.

Thanks for the advice. the 30 day trial is nice, but do you have to pay shipping if for what ever reason you want to send it back?

I edited my previous post. I was thinking that some mentioned that they would pay for return shipping, but I was thinking of Aperion Audio speakers. When I looked back at SVS and PSA, they both deducted the return shipping from the refund. I'm not sure about the other companies, though. So, that may be the downside of returning them as you would be responsible for the return shipping.

**i just checked the websites for HSU and Epik. Their 30 day return policies are the same as the others. You could return them within 30 days for a refund, minus the shipping charges.**
