I'm lucky enough to have the same UPS driver deliver to both my work and home. It makes things alot easier in this situation as they usually drop off where I work in the morning then go do the deliveries and come back later on in the day to do a pick up. If no ones around to give a signature he just brings it on the second trip to where I work so I can sign for it then. I have a feeling that's whats going to end up happening with my Black Widow PF on Tuesday.
Various: "Can you kill it?" "I believe something can." "A monster?" "No...a god."

Yeah that's a good way to do it. I went ahead and update my shipping to my wifes work for all my upcoming stuff. It'll just be easier. That way.

By the way everyone it's official now with JJ Abrams directing Star Wars Ep VII.

I am so excited that he is directing. He was my first pick to do it but I thought it would never happen since he is attached to Star Trek. Now the only question remains, what is the story going to be about?!

Yeah I's super excited too. They probably won't say anything about the story for awhile but I'm sure whatever they come up with will be great. If I remember the screenplay writers name Michael Arndt they said he had written like a 50 page story treatment and they were very impressed. I'm not worried. Just looking forward to the midnight show of Ep VII. Also when the have CVII in Orlando in 2014 they will probably all be there to show some footage. I can't wait.

Got my vintage Gamorrean Guard yesterday. This baby is in beautiful condition, bubble intact. Pretty amazing since it's 30 years old.
Just finally bought my vintage B-Wing a few minutes ago. Another beautiful item. Nothing broken, sound works and seller included a B-Wing Pilot fig. I didn't mind paying 44.00 for this since it was in such great shape.
Okay now I have to stop for a while. LOL
Eliseo, This is your fault for making me want that B-Wing. LOL

Hey the wife just called me. it's 7:30 at night. She was supposed to go pick up my Sideshow Mythos Maul tomorrow at our UPS. She gets a knock on the door a few minutes ago and it's UPS with my statue. It made my day. Now I have something to open when I get off work tonight. I'm so stoked to open that bad boy.

Got home a little while ago and got the Mythos Maul unboxed. Words can"t describe this thing. I'm in awe. I knew you could set it up different ways but until I got it out of the box and into the display case........It's simply amazing. 2 heads, Right hand, Right hand with baton, left hand holding saber hilt with removeable blades. I'm gonna be staring at this every time I go into the room. This is the first Mythos to ship and I can't wait for the others now.
I think I'm gonna need a bib.

Lou,
I left a review on Sideshow and basically said that they hit it out of the park. beautiful statue. No I'm dying to get the other ones. I'm so glad that I pre-ordered all of them. They need to put the Mythos Vader up for pre-order.

Here are some pics of the Sideshow Mythos Maul. I set him up in different ways with the 2 different heads, the hand holding the baton and the lightsaber with and without blades. This baby is incredible.
The pics don't do it justice and I don't take great pics anyway. I have only noticed one thing about this statue that I'm not crazy about. I guess I'm nitpicking now. His whole outfit is amazing and I like the way his clothing and boots look kind of worn and not shiny, then they went and made his gloves super shiny. I think they should have made the gloves match the rest of his clothing. Like I said it's a minor thing but I thought it was worth noting.
What do you all think?
I also did like the fact that the COA has that gorgeous Maul artwork. I'm going to frame that. No we know we will be getting those for all the Mythos statues. Sweet.

Yeah man, so far the other Mythos up for pre-order are the Ben Kenobi, Boba Fett and Gamorrean Executioner. The great thing about Sideshow is you can do an interest free payment plan. What you do is pick the payment plan, the number of payment you feel comfortable(i think you can choose up to 5 payments) with and the day of the month you want the payment to come out. It's really great. You can pick 5th, 10th, 15, 20th or 25th. Then they always send you a reminder a couple day before they take a payment and another one when they take it. Then when your last payment is made they ship it to you.
That's why I love doing business with SS. Noone else does that. If you really like the stuff you should get one of the Mythos. So far it's my favorite so I'm looking forward to getting the rest. Still waiting for them to put the Vader one up for pre-order. That's gonna be an awesome one.

Yeah they are pretty spot on with their dates. The Ben Kenobi Mythos was supposed to be Feb but I got an e-mail saying they changed my last payment to March which was cool because it gace me a little break between payments. I have all the Mythos on preorder.

Excellent pics, Mike! And, congrats! As for the gloves, they are a different material than the rest of his clothing, so it makes sense that they appear more a glossy black than his outfit.
