Blocked titles still show up in recommendations - Blu-ray Forum

Lately, I have been blocking some titles from my recommendations list, but they still keep showing up after updating. Signing out and back in doesn't work either. These titles are definitely in my block list.

Any way we can get this fixed? I know a lot of people probably don't use recommendations, but I would still like to be able to use it properly. I can't see any more titles in my recommendations because the titles I've already deleted are still showing up instead of loading others.

Not to complain (well, I'm going to) but I liked this feature when the recommendations hid your owned and ordered titles. It no longer does that.

When checking your recommendations it seems to work? Which titles shows up in the recommendations that's on your block list?

I had it set up to where any owned titles were not included in the recommendations for a title, but they will show up now, even with the filter on. Maybe I'm doing somehting wrong?

It also seems like the first two rows are fine, but when you hit "see more titles" the titles show up that I don't want to.

I think I may have confused you too. I'm talking about the individual movie titles. For example, when I hit "Three Musketeers" the first two rows block out my owned titles, but when I select "show more titles" titles that are in my owned collection appear.

Thanks for the info, looked into it and found the problem. Let me know if you find any other bugs
