by the way, the best commercial of the night goes to Doritos "Goat 4 Sale", hands down:
god, i could watch that commercial on repeat for the next 100 years and laugh hysterically every time

Out of the recently retired players... is Ray Lewis a shoo in for the hall of fame? Will some people hold the murder allegations against him like they held the Browns thing against Modell and kept him out?
btw I can't wait to see Favre get in |

Who knows? I thought Strahan was a shoo-in, but he was left off in his first year.
BTW can I buy a Bat Cowl or should I just send you some boxed mac and cheese and some canned beans and we call it even?

Strahan was great, but not Ray Lewis great. Had he played for the bills/chiefs it might take another few years, but new york, and tv get him more cred.
Because it's easier to have courage from a safe distance away.

Not saying he deserves to be in the HOF more than Ray, but single season sack leader, 4 time All-Pro member, DPOY, Member of 100 Sacks Club (#5 on the list), Member of 2000s All Decade Team, 7 time Pro-Bowler, and NFL Champion. Hmm seems to me like he should have been a 1st year shoo-in. Let's all not forget his issues off the field whereas Strahan didn't have such issues.

I think Reggie White, Demarcus Ware, Jason Taylor, Justin Tuck, than maybe Strahan.

Ware and Taylor both played with lesser talent and Taylor was only 2 sacks from tying him and 3 from taking his spot on all time sacks. Ware already has more double digit seasons than him and still has 7 years to get 31 sacks. Reggie White... Well he's a position defining player. Ware also has a shot at 200 sacks.

I agree. The Ravens will be a lot younger next year and will be losing several key players. Although, I thought this would be a down year after all the players that left after last year.

I think Ray will be a first ballot hall of famer, but I am probably slightly biased.
