Wait... was this released on Feb 8th or will it be released on Aug 2nd?

I hate when release dates use numerical values that aren't obvious (any number above 12 clearly identifies which value is day and which is month).

By the way, biscuitnoir at the high-def ninja forums is reporting this is going to have the exact same artwork
as all the other releases.

So, at this point I have to ask myself whether I would prefer Amazon's hassle-free customer service and return policy, or whether I want to pay for a digital copy that will work in my region.
