It doesnt make sense to cut that entire sequence. Guessing that the frame where they show a flag in the background and say some prayers .. that maybe cut .. thats like 3 or 4 secs long ..

Vijay's sister "attempted" execution scene is uncut visually. However, the sound is muted when the person reads his "Jihad" decreed.

thanks for confirming! That 12 person encounter was the one of the best highlights of the film and that scene was cut in the lotus 5* copy.

I have given up hopes for Tamil Blurays. Look at the Telugu and Hini bluray releses? a minimum of 2-3 a month.

I was told by Diwali (2012), Ghilli would be released followed by Indian, Jean, KK and etc.

API are busy restoring Jeans, KK and Indian.
Ghilli is in line for restoration and a HD release (BD or Stream). Will update the forums when the projects begin.
