SOURCE

It strikes me as odd that it has only been posted about on this one blog, but then I don't see why they'd lie about it. Besides, I recall a member of this site inquiring to Optimum as to whether we'd see a UK release and they said they were planning one for release in early 2013 (most likely to coincide with the remake). I've held off buying the current disc, so I'm very excited!

UPDATE:

Scheduled for release on April 15th, the disc is now available for pre-order.

Favourite film: Blade Runner --- Favourite director: David Lynch
Favourite album: Movement by New Order --- Favourite novel: It by Stephen King
Currently reading: Revival by Stephen King

Can't wait to pick this up on release. Looks like it's time to sell my DVD copy.

Good to see this edition coming out in the UK. I wonder if anything 'UK Exclusive' will be added.

Also seeing as you like to post shite comments, heres one for you.

When you import UK titles,do they also get Delhi belly ?

that is great news! I asked Studio Canal in Germany a few months back if they had any plans to re-release ED2 and they told me there are no plans. Oh well, I won't need a German ED2 Blu-ray now

Groovy!

One of my favourite horrors. I do have the previous release UK blu, but I don't mind upgrading one bit.
Searching for the following slipcovers, minty fresh:
Tucker & Dale vs. Evil, Charlie's Angels, Cabin In The Woods, Se7en.
