Its in Open beta just download it and play it, goto the SimCity site and sign up

Yeah its open all you have to do is sign up it says open beta on the ea site so...

Well, I ordered mine today.

Comes with a $20.00 gc with I plan on using on Tomb Raider survival edition, which origin has on sale for 45.99 (regular 59.99).

Update: Nevermind... GC is only valid on crap most of which are 2+ years old.

I've been given a Toshiba Satellite A100-596 with 1.5GB RAM and 60GB HDD, my question is will this laptop be able to handle the new SimCity?

Pre-ordered yesterday through Origin. Go package if you can, Ocean Quigley confirmed that the 'pre-load' won't start till the 5th. I hope he's wrong. Some report says 1 day before launch.
