Default How do I add a category to a movie in the database?

I know how to create custom categories for my collection but I can't figure out how to add a category (e.g., "foreign") to a film.

There is a foreign tab under genre when you create a theatrical entry. I'm not sure I understand that, as if you submit a French film then should you select foreign under genre? If it's French then it's not foreign. Maybe if we had a foreign tab for BD and DVD entries it would be of help? I'd like an English friendly tab for DVDs and BDs released in countries where English isn't the main language, it would help importers!

I should have specified, I'm referring to Blu-ray entries, not theatrical.
