Default YT3D Movies

OK, so I recently noticed a few full 1080p 3D movies on YouTube's 3D player and I wondered who ultimately is responsible for copyright infringement on these uploads....YouTube, the user, anyone who watches them, or all three? The whole area is no doubt surrounded by incredibly complex legal issues.
Any thoughts?

On the plus side, last year I watched an SD 3D version of Yogi Bear on the YT3D player and was so impressed with the 3D, that I eventually ended up buying the Bluray 3D.

So is there any argument that it is OK to "check out" a film on the YT3D player before deciding to buy it, or is any viewing of such a movie a blatant breach of copyright and a "criminal offense"?

It's a very complex and sensitive area no doubt.

P.S. I must add that "Yogi Bear" is the one and only 3D movie that I have watched on the YT3D player.

It's illegal and you are going to a federal pound me in the ass prison for watching illegally uploaded films. Once there, you might want to keep the fact that it is Yogi Bear hush hush.

I really wish that you'd put a smiley after that statement.

But, but you actually expected me to pay money to see Yogi Bear?
