They are slow, inept, understaffed, and can't keep accurate stock count of limited editions.
Would you prefer Code Red?

Also please note, Kino will still be my distributor or in print catalog titles, as well as any new releases that will go out through retail channels instead of the limited edition mode, like the up coming SPASMO, and I will still be a consultant with them for their acquisitions, just to clarify.

They are not inept - you are just impatient. SAE does not cater to the earliest orders, they obviously ship a certain amount each day, which is probably just a few hundred. Frankly this sounds more like a post just to ruin SAE's rep.
It doesnt matter when you order them, but in the case of TT you have to order quick because of the fear of a title selling out. SAE is not playing favorites, they are simply shipping out as quickly and efficiently as they can. I have never had a problem with them, Boulevard movies, ClassicFlix, Diabolik or even ImportCDs but their shipping is truly slow. They use the cheapest possible, since they charge the least.
