Well, my concession area is not finished yet, but here are a few photos anyway, from my gallery page. I started out with just a red kitchen cart with a stainless steel countertop, then recently added a 4' glass display case for candy which I purchased from Ultimate Electronics when they went out of business. Lol, I'll need to remove the photo department images on the sliding doors and perhaps replace them with some movie posters... The display case also has a flourescent lamp and electric service inside. I have yet to stock it with any candy, though.

A Gold Medal 6oz commercial popper sits on top of the case, and a hot dog roller has been in the works for a long time and is coming very soon... On the far side of the room is my beer fridge I converted from a upright freezer, and a neon Yuengling beer sign hangs on the side wall.

Default Buttery Topping

My new Buttery Topping " O'dells Superkist 2" just came today and it smells incredible. I was using Redenbachers buttery topping and upon smelling them both the Redenbachers actually really had no smell but the O'dells Superkist 2 smelt like the movie theater butter.....I will be using it tomorrow night for the first time........I will let you know how it is.

I am anxious to hear your report on the O'Dells - I had contemplated getting some to try, when I first got my popper, but didn't because hardly any of my guests want butter on their popcorn here - they all say it tastes awesome without even without any butter topping.

Default New Shelf

I added a 2nd shelf to my concession stand. I needed more room so i just bought the same shelf as the first one. I used some cheap black fabric that i got at Walmart for the back and sides. I also bought some plastic place matts and some cloth place matts for the shelves.

I tried the O'Dells last night and it was so good.........It made the popcorn so much better ! I would highly recommend getting some. I am now using using an actual baby bottle to warm my butter along with the baby bottle warmer. I just punctured a bigger hole in the nipple and it works great. I have finally replicated movie theater popcorn !!!

Love looking at the pics in this thread. I hope to get a popcorn machine someday when I have a basement. Here's my minibar/concession stand for now:

I made a minor upgrade to the concession stand.......I also added a little lift to the candy so it's easier to see the selection.... I also added Laffy Taffy.
