Default The DEADPOOL Quote thread~{spoilers abound}~

Post your favorite quotes from DEADPOOL.

One of mine:

DP: {opens door to the X mansion}. Oh hey, it's Sinaed O'Connor.
Negasonic Teenage Warhead (NTW): **** You're Old.
DP: Wow this is a really big house; it's strange how I only ever see just the two of you in here. It's like the studio couldn't afford another X-men..

The Sinead O'Connor reference came at a different time. The scene you described is when he called her Ripley from Alien 3.

Actually, it happened at least at 2 different times... maybe even a third.

Correct, I think a couple times occurred on the bridge. My point was just that he was confusing the dialogue, and being that it's a dialogue thread, that didn't seem too good.

Col: I'm taking you to see the Professor.
DP: Which one; McAvoy or Stewart? This timeline is so confusing.
Biggest Jen fan! I saw Red Sparrow 8 times in theaters. X-Men: Dark Phoenix 2/14/19 in 269 days.

Red Sparrow available on Digital 5/15/18 & 4K, Blu Ray & DVD 5/22/18

Did you ever see 127 Hours? Spoiler alert
Sometimes we hear of people who are “very” honest, “mostly” honest, or even “a little” honest.
Should we even use modifiers with the word honest? I don’t believe so. There are no degrees of honesty. Either we are honest or we aren't.

The marketing used that too.

I was kind of surprised they did that. Not like it was expected or anything based on the ad but was interesting they used it.

The joke about the studio not being able to afford more X-Men was the best one imo

I like how Deadpool wastes two bullets in a dead guy at the beginning and then he's like "STUPID! Ah... Worth it!"

There are two F*ing dozen threads about the Top 10/Top 25 of something about something on the first page alone of the movies forum ...
... and a thread celebrating great quotes from a recent movie happens to be the one that's over the top?

My favorite -very non PC- quote (dialogues were amazing btw, hope they keep the writers for the sequel), paraphrasing:

Bending towards his (blind and recovering cocaine addict) landlady: "In case you never see me again, I have hidden somewhere in the apartment a bag with 16 pounds of cocaine and the cure for blindness. You're welcome."

I liked the Craigslist quote. I cam not recall what it was but it was about pudding for a blind roommate good with their hands. This is when the Ikea dresser is being built.

That was a good one too. Cold and harsh. I was anticipating that before he said it. Very fitting.
