In a (3D) adult movie, you need both, right?

Red face Adult parody 3D Blu-rays - This ain't Terminator, Jaws etc

Looking at cover pictures of this, I can't tell if this is an actual 3D Blu-Ray or if it's only in that silly red-and-blue 3D format- even the few reviews I've found don't make it clear as they say the red-and-blue version is hard to watch but they don't say if real 3D is also included. Some of Hustler's other 3D titles include both real 3D AND red-and-blue, but I don't see any "Blu-Ray 3D" logo on this one so I don't want to order it only to be ripped off. Has anyone here actually seen it and can confirm whether or not it's in real 3D?

A review on AdultDVDEmpire.com says it's anagylph.

Quote:
This two-disc set includes a 3D version of the movie, along with two pairs of cardboard and cellophane glasses. As for the 3D effects, I prefer watching my porn without any assistive devices so the addition of a little depth during certain scenes isn't enough for me to change my viewing habits. Close-ups and mediums shots of naked bodies are better suited to 3D, since all the distracting artifacts of backgrounds and surrounding objects aren't as pronounced. However, the use of red-cyan anaglyph processing is certainly inferior to that of modern 3D techniques, and I found that unless you enjoy blurry body and frequent ghosting, you're better off watching the movie au naturel.

They're wrong. All the Hustler 3D parody XXX films are in true 3D. Side-by-Side rips of the blu-rays can be found online.

I believe only "T.A. Star Trek 1 XXX" is in 3D (plus 10 other releases in these series), whereas Star Trek 2 is not, AFAIK.

As posted above, the DVD is in anaglyph, while the BD is in the regular B-3D format, except for the first one (T.A. Avatar XXX), which is in SbS. Because most reviewers don't have a 3D BD-player and 3D-display combo, they only view the BD in 2D and the DVD in 3D (and then assume that the BD is also in anaglyph, which it isn't)

Took a risk and got "Jaws" cheap from an Ebay seller, it came today and I can confirm is IS in real Blu-Ray 3D! Looks very strong too from just checking the beginning. It comes with some silly cardboard red-and-blue glasses but doesn't appear to have an anaglyph version anywhere in the package, just 'real' 3D and 2D.

The 3rd "This Ain't Star Trek" is in 3D, still need to get that one!

Default A gay adult vampire parody in 3D

If this is your thing then read it. If not then ignore this.Please read my review on the main I.m.d.b.His Dracula a parody, from Hustler.If you want to read that, then press the adult enabler. They got your age on their record. You have to be 18 years of age to read this.After you read it,don't blame the 3D for the problems.I looked at the movie in 3 different ways and had to be honest in my review

Just so you know, adult films are not something I think this forum really wants posted about here. They want it to be family friendly last I checked. I don't really mind but i'd recommend checking if you haven't.
Display: Panasonic 65vt60 with a darbee darblet, Benq w7000.
Audio: Benchmark Dac1 ->DNA Sonett -> Sennheiser HD800 (balanced).
