The June 2 Movie Collections are certainly the cheapest new releases I have seen, the March releases were 21.99 each so was quite surprised when the pre-orders for Lilo, Emperors New Groove and Atlantis were only 15.99 but I guess we now know why lol

Seeing as Oliver and Company is also 15.99 I wouldn't be surprised if it is also a bare bones release but because The Sword in the Stone and Robin Hood are both 21.99 each I bet they will have a decent amount of extras.

Or, it's possible that the latter two are still bare bones releases, but Disney is merely upcharging due to the inclusion of the DC, which none of the non-Diamond catalogue releases have received up until now.

However, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh has the DC and special features, so perhaps we can be hopeful about the others. On the other hand, Many Adventures is definitely being treated with more dignity, as it is being released on its own and has been (somewhat) promoted beforehand, so maybe it doesn't mean anything for the other releases.

Actually, Oliver & Company does have extras. They were already listed with the pre-order.

Thank you! Gotta say that even though I don't like the front cover, I really like the green-coloured spine on TENG!

Hi!

So I need some help from the Disney fandom!
I've decided to start working on a series of Blu-Ray covers using iconic scenes from Disney movies. It'll be the canon Disney animated movies.

I would really appreciate it if you guys can help me determine them. I wanted the opinion of people who actually knew Disney better than me

Of course, I must ask that if the scene involves a kiss, please give me the second most iconic. Having a kiss on a cover is too awkward. lol.

Thanks!

I have one for Tarzan.... the scene where he takes off Jane's glove and they touch hands... that's pretty iconic and also from Mulan I was thinking when she cut off her hair or something like that when she decided to join the army... The Lion King should be obvious... "The Circle of life" scene ... ummm Pocahontas you could use the ending where she's standing on the cliff ... that's all I can think of fro now... hope this helped

You'd have to include the kiss from lady and the tramp!

Just to get the big four out of the way clearly these are the most iconic scenes from each.

The Little Mermaid: Part of your World Reprise
Beauty and the Beast: Ballroom Scene or Belle in the west wing
Aladdin: Magic Carpet or Cave of Wonders
The Lion King: Pride Rock at the beginning or the end.
[Show spoiler]
Some other movies:
Pocahontas: Standing on the rock as John's leaving
Snow White: Snow white after she eats the poison apple
Sleeping Beauty: Phillip finds Aurora
Hunchback: Holding esmerelda screaming santutuary
Peter Pan: Arriving to Neverland
Alice in Wonderland: The Tea Party
Lady and the Tramp: Spagetti
Tangled: Lanterns
Pinocchio: Being turned into a real boy
Fantasia: Of course, Sorcerer Mickey.
Cinderella: Cinderella's shoe as she escapes.

Just a few I could come up with. LOL
