This is a great list of awesome AQ samples. Good mix of audible flavors.

The Art of Flight fits perfect at the top of that list. Even "Amazing soundtrack!" almost doesn't quite do it justice. This title is pure reference PQ/AQ all the way. What's "Amazing" is that it's only in 37 collections on this site!
Highly recommended if you want to show off the format. Great watch, also.

Top Guns Dolby True HD Mix is the original 6 channel 70mm mix while the DTS-MA is the remastered mix.

No difference between True HD, PCM and DTS-MA, as long as its Lossless its only going to be the source and how it is mixed that is going to be the difference. PCM was just a space hog. If I still had to choose between the 3 I would go with DTS as it has a higher core bitrate.

A good example, of the diference in the MIX is the DVD of Led Zeppelin "The Song Remamins the Same"; the separation between in channels is evident. CHECK IT OUT!!

This thread is regarding the difference between the two lossless compressed codecs of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD MA.

Really the only thing I notice is TrueHD is overall a little quieter that DTS HD

As well you should since it usually has dialnorm engaged making it 3 (or is it 4?) dcbs lower than if the same movie had a dts hd track.

The amount the overall level is lowered depends on the dialnorm value entered during encoding. The Dolby default is a 4dB reduction while DTS defaults to none. But, the person doing the encoding can enter whatever values he wants.
