No difference between True HD, PCM and DTS-MA, as long as its Lossless its only going to be the source and how it is mixed that is going to be the difference. PCM was just a space hog. Really the only thing I notice is TrueHD is overall a little quieter that DTS HD

The amount the overall level is lowered depends on the dialnorm value entered during encoding. The Dolby default is a 4dB reduction while DTS defaults to none. But, the person doing the encoding can enter whatever values he wants.
