Sony sending out $10 credits to "Loyal Customers" Criteria?

I never got one of these but I never buy anything there. The only message I got from them was telling me I had money in my wallet that I hadn't spent.

Same as me. I have $23.xx in my wallet that I'm not using or planning on spending anytime soon. In fact, I don't see myself spending it until the PS4 arrives to be honest.

However, I wish I could still get that $10 credit, but if they're still rolling them out, then maybe there's still a chance it can come. Haven't turned on the PS3 in a few days...
