we're gonna start ripping up the old floor 2nite. 2 layers of linoleum are down right now.

got started on the floor last night.....started ripping up the linoleum to find out there's already plywood down!!

got about 1/2 of the floor ripped up....check out my thread for pix.

Good evening Seth, thanks for a great looking TGIF pic you dropped on my thread this evening. I will have to say it was the best one I have seen so far. What's the plan for this weekend? Any special food you are thinking of cooking up? My wife will try again to make some ribs. We never seem to get it just right, any tricks in your book?

Hi, Al!

You're welcome, glad you enjoyed the eye candy.

Will probably cook up some special gourmet burgers with home made mayonnaise, mustard, etc. Also thinking about making tenderloin filets topped with a special Bearnaise sauce, and a boursin creamed spinach on the side.

Cooking ribs is tricky, and can easily get overcooked and dry. Undercooked it's rubbery. A lot of times it's hit and miss. Can't really say how to get it just right using an oven or smoker. I'm sure those people who cook ribs all the time know the secret for success, but ribs are something I don't prepare all that often. Anymore I use an Orion outdoor cooker. It is almost always cooked to perfection.

Yeah, I figured it was time to make to the rounds this week.

I appreciate Benny keeping HHD alive and well, and making the TGIF rounds from time to time as well. Searching for good pics isn't easy, especially twice a week.
