Since you're just starting out, I'd say you should put some thought into going the UV route, if you haven't already committed to iTunes. iTunes has it's benefits, especially if you've got the Apple setup, but it is a bigger out of pocket expense if you want to have a sizable collection someday, so be prepared for that.

If you choose iTunes, know that it is doable, for sure. I've got about 1200 movie titles total, in about a 2:1 iTunes to UV ratio, plus a decent number of TV shows in each. But I still use UV codes here and there and do some D2D as well (especially for the movies I don't want to shell out cash for in iTunes).

Each has its pros and cons, you should weigh them out and decide which you'd want to be more invested in, long term.

Oops, I meant 1200 total iTunes and UV. It's only 700ish iTunes.

Yeah, I purchased quite a few. The best deals are the bundles when they go on sale. But those don't come around often enough.

But you're just 3 away from the big 500!

Haha, I also have about $150 sitting in my iTunes account, ready for the next deals.

I kinda liked Snowpiercer, but it's definitely a weird one. You may have bought it on my recommendation from the other thread, sorry!

Wow! that's an amazing collection especially for iTunes. Do you have many duplicates between itunes and UV?
